Job Description

As a Lead Product Manager, you will drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for our core services. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch and iteration, ensuring we build products that customers love and that drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Define and own the product roadmap, aligning it with company goals and market opportunities.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes for the engineering team.
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and product differentiators.
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, and use data to drive decisions.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Strong ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
