As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be a key player in shaping the user experience of our core products. We are looking for a passionate and experienced developer to lead the development of our user-facing applications, focusing on performance, usability, and creating scalable, elegant solutions.

Responsibilities

Architect, build, and maintain modern, responsive, and performant user interfaces using React and its ecosystem.
Lead by example, mentoring junior engineers, conducting constructive code reviews, and fostering a culture of high-quality code.
Collaborate closely with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate product requirements and wireframes into technical specifications and polished features.
Take ownership of application performance, optimizing for speed, scalability, and a seamless user experience across all devices.
Drive technical decisions and contribute to the evolution of our frontend architecture and best practices.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio of shipped applications.
Expert-level proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Deep understanding of web performance, accessibility standards (WCAG), and SEO best practices.
Proven experience with building, maintaining, and evangelizing design systems.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
