Job Description

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will lead our quality assurance efforts, ensuring our software meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, including both manual and automated testing.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans for new and existing features.
Build and maintain our automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications.
Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution, and work closely with developers to ensure fixes are robust.
Champion quality assurance best practices and mentor other team members on testing methodologies.
Report on test execution, defect metrics, and overall product quality to stakeholders.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong background in both manual and automation testing.
Proficiency in building test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Experience with API testing tools like Postman and performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
