Job Description

As a Solutions Architect, you will be the technical bridge between our sales team and our clients. You will be responsible for designing and architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions that meet the unique needs of our enterprise customers, ensuring their success on our platform.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
Design and present high-level solution architectures, system integrations, and technical proposals to clients.
Act as a technical advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices for implementation and integration.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and project plans.
Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams based on customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a solutions architect, technical consultant, or senior engineering role.
Deep technical expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and API design.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and experience in a customer-facing technical role.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
